In response to feedback regarding your website. I found your website to be generally very good but there were a few areas of confusion. The first problem I found was a bit of confusion regarding similar items that appear to be the same garments but with different prices and, as I found out after inquiring, different fabric and custom fitting. Two examples are:
12762 and 11754
11749 and 12054 and 12153
These appear to be the same or quite similar but are not. I would reccommend discribing them differently in regards to fabric or custom fitting. This leads us to the other area of confusion- custom fitting.
It appears that all of the suits are available as ‘off the rack’ or as ‘custom fitted‘ for the same price within a single garment. I might recommend that this be clarified if the custom fit is avaiable at a higher price. In fact, even now I don’t really know if there is a added charge for custom fit suits.
Finally I might suggest that when one of the ‘pull down’ menus like for ‘free shipping‘ items is used, that only those items are shown. I noticed that it will list the free shipping items first but all the rest of the suits then follow, leading some to believe that they are still looking at ‘free shipping’ items. I noticed the red corner label with the first few items and understood but it took a few tries.
